The terms on which you use Guard U

Guard U connects users with participating private security providers. Guard U is not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire or other public emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, contact the appropriate public emergency service.

1. The service

Guard U is a platform that facilitates bookings between customers and independent, vetted private security companies and their officers. Guard U facilitates the booking and is not itself the provider of the physical security service. [REQUIRES LEGAL APPROVAL — full scope and territories.]

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

4. Bookings and payments

5. SOS / emergency response

SOS connects you with participating private security providers based on geographic availability. Guard U does not guarantee a response, does not replace public emergency services, and is not liable for the outcome of any emergency. False SOS alerts are a criminal offence. 6. Security companies and officers

8. Liability
